Introduction

Hcm Landing Page

This is the second year group project we did at the University. This project was mentored by IFS R&D International (Pvt.) Ltd. . This article will discuss about the project and the technologies used.

HCM software is to design and develop a user-friendly and AI-powered HCM system that enhances employee experience, streamlines HR processes, and empowers organizations to make data-driven decisions.

The system supports three distinct user roles HR, Manager, and Employee each with access to a unique set of features tailored to their specific responsibilities.

Our Key AI-Driven Features :

  • ✔   Intelligent Chatbot : Enhancing communication between HR and employees.
  • ✔   CV Filtering System : Efficient candidate selection.
  • ✔   Leave Prediction System : Anticipating future attendance.
  • ✔   CR Technology : Streamlining expense claims.

Methodology

Atom fastapi MongoDB cloud azure

The Human Capital Management System is built using React.js for the frontend and FastAPI with MongoDB for the backend. The database is hosted on MongoDB Atlas. The application leverages Google Cloud Storage for storing images and PDFs and is hosted on Microsoft Azure, ensuring robust infrastructure and high availability.

My main contribution to the development of an AI-driven feature.

Developing and integrating a sophisticated leave prediction model that identifies and analyzes employee attendance patterns. This solution leverages Pandas for comprehensive data manipulation, Scikit-learn for advanced model training, and Joblib for efficient model serialization and deployment.

I included several pages to give a better idea of the project. Moreover, this does not include all the functionalities of the system, and this is just around 40%. I did not include the rest here because it is not my work.

Final Thoughts

We think that this project was a great success. We gained a lot of experience and knowledge in designing a system, and working as a team. We also learned a lot of new technologies. We are really grateful to IFS R&D International (Pvt.) Ltd for mentoring us throughout the project.
